Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Elementrix (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our free assessment tools, including the Data Revenue Calculator at [datarevenue.elementrix.io](https://datarevenue.elementrix.io) (currently reachable at [datarevenuecalculator.vercel.app](https://datarevenuecalculator.vercel.app)) and the Data Infrastructure Assessment at [datablueprint.elementrix.io](https://datablueprint.elementrix.io) (the “Tools”). It also applies to our main website and any form or email interaction with us.

By using the Tools or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. The short version

– You can see your estimate without giving us anything. Your answers to the assessment questions are processed in your browser and never touch our servers until you choose to submit the lead form.
– We only collect what we need to deliver the report and follow up. Your name, work email, company, website, and (optionally) phone and job title.
– We use your data to send you the report and to contact you about Elementrix. We don’t sell your data.
– Your report details are stored in our database and our CRM (HubSpot) so our team can follow up with relevant context.
– We use a LinkedIn tracking pixel (the LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising. You can opt out via your browser or LinkedIn’s settings.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you complete one of our assessments and choose to submit the lead form, we collect:

| Field | Required? | Example |
| — | — | — |
| First name | Required | Alex |
| Last name | Optional | Rivera |
| Work email | Required | [alex@company.com](mailto:alex@company.com) |
| Company name | Required | Acme Inc. |
| Company website | Required | acme.com |
| Job title | Optional | Head of Data Products |
| Phone | Optional | +966 5X XXX XXXX |

Your assessment answers (the questions you answered before the form) are also submitted with your contact details and stored alongside them.

2.2 Information collected automatically

– Assessment inputs (before submission): Processed entirely in your browser to compute your estimate. They are not transmitted to our servers unless you submit the lead form. If you don’t submit, we never see them.
– Usage analytics: We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag (Partner ID 9391018) to understand how visitors arrive at and interact with our Tools, and to measure conversions from our LinkedIn campaigns. This may collect a hashed identifier, your IP address, and device/browser information. See [Section 5](#5-analytics-and-tracking) for details.
– Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Neon) may automatically log standard technical data (IP address, timestamps, request paths) for security and operational purposes. We use this only to operate and secure the Tools.

2.3 What we do NOT collect

– We do not access, receive, or process your actual datasets. The Tools model revenue from your answers to bounded multiple-choice questions — never from your real data.
– We do not place our own cookies on your device. (The LinkedIn Insight Tag may set cookies; see [Section 5](#5-analytics-and-tracking).)
– We do not use advertising networks other than LinkedIn’s.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

1. Deliver the report you requested — generate your revenue estimate / architecture blueprint and the strategy PDF.
2. Respond to you — follow up by email or phone about your results and how Elementrix might help.
3. Store your report — keep your answers and results so we (and you, via the shareable link) can reference them.
4. Qualify and route leads — compute a lead score and grade so the right person on our team follows up, and segment which Tool you used.
5. Improve the Tools — aggregate, anonymized analysis of how the assessments are used to refine the questions and model.
6. Measure marketing — attribute visits and conversions via the LinkedIn Insight Tag.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How we store and share your data

4.1 Where your data lives

When you submit the lead form, your contact details, assessment answers, and computed results are stored in:

– Our database — a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on [Neon](https://neon.tech). The Data Revenue Calculator and the Data Infrastructure Assessment each keep leads in their own table within the same database.
– HubSpot CRM — we sync your contact, company, assessment answers (as a timeline note), lead score, and deal information into our HubSpot customer relationship management system so our team can follow up.

4.2 Service providers

We use third-party services to operate the Tools. Each is a data processor acting on our behalf:

| Provider | Purpose | Data they may process |
| — | — | — |
| [Neon](https://neon.tech) | Database hosting | All stored lead data (contact + answers + results) |
| [Vercel](https://vercel.com) | Web hosting and deployment | Server logs (IP, timestamps, request paths) |
| [HubSpot](https://www.hubspot.com) | CRM, sales follow-up | Contact, company, deal, and note records |
| [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com) | Advertising measurement | See [Section 5](#5-analytics-and-tracking) |

These providers process data under their own terms and data-protection commitments. We share only what is necessary to operate the Tools and follow up with you.

4.3 Legal & lawful basis (for EU/UK/GCC residents)

Where required (e.g., under the EU/UK GDPR or the Saudi PDPL), we process your personal data on the basis of:

– Consent — when you submit the lead form, you consent to us using your data as described here.
– Legitimate interests — to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether our services fit your needs.
– Contractual necessity — to deliver the report you requested.

You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time (see [Section 7](#7-your-rights-and-choices)).

5. Analytics and tracking

5.1 LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag (Partner ID 9391018) to:

– Measure how many people who visit our Tools came from our LinkedIn ads.
– Understand aggregated, anonymized audience characteristics (industry, job function, seniority) for campaign optimization.

The Insight Tag may collect:

– A hashed identifier derived from your browser
– Your IP address (to infer general location)
– Information about the device and browser you’re using
– Pages viewed and the referring URL

This data is governed by [LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy) and [Cookie Policy](https://www.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy). LinkedIn is a controller for this data.

5.2 Opting out

– LinkedIn: Manage your ad preferences in your [LinkedIn account settings](https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/ad-targeting), or opt out of LinkedIn’s ad tracking via your browser.
– Browser-level: Use your browser’s Do Not Track signal, cookie-blocking, or private-browsing mode. Note that this may limit our ability to attribute marketing, but will never prevent you from using the Tools or seeing your estimate.

6. Data retention

We retain your submitted information for as long as needed to:

– Deliver and support the report you requested,
– Respond to your inquiries,
– Meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Because the Tools are in active use and the data has ongoing value for follow-up, we do not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see [Section 7](#7-your-rights-and-choices)) and we will remove it from our systems within 30 days.

Assessment inputs that are never submitted (i.e., you didn’t fill the lead form) are never received by us and therefore there is nothing to retain or delete.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

– Access the personal data we hold about you.
– Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
– Delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
– Object to or restrict certain processing.
– Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already done).
– Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
– Opt out of marketing communications at any time (every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [support@elementrix.io](mailto:support@elementrix.io) (or the email in [Section 10](#10-contact-us)). We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

8. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States (Vercel, HubSpot, LinkedIn) and the European Union (Neon, Vercel). When we transfer data across borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses, the provider’s data-protection framework, or another lawful transfer mechanism, and we require our providers to protect your data to a standard consistent with this Policy.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

– Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between your browser and our servers, and between our services.
– Access controls — database and CRM access is limited to authorized personnel.
– Secrets management — credentials are stored as environment variables on the hosting platform, never committed to source.
– No storage of payment data — the Tools are free; we do not collect or store credit card or payment information.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.

10. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact:

Elementrix

– Email: [support@elementrix.io](mailto:support@elementrix.io)
– Website: [elementrix.io](https://elementrix.io)

For data-protection requests, include “Privacy Request” in the subject line and tell us which Tool you used (Data Revenue Calculator or Data Infrastructure Assessment) so we can locate your record.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make material changes that affect how we use your data, we’ll provide a more prominent notice (such as on the Tool’s home page or by email to users who have submitted the lead form).

12. Children’s privacy

The Tools are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
